The cornerstone of the service I've provided to buyers and sellers for the last 13+ years has been listening to your needs, providing regular communication and giving guidance. 


For sellers, I ensure your house shows the best and that includes complimentary professional staging. I also develop a targeted marketed plan for your property ensuring it gets the attention it deserves from buyers across the province and beyond. If you're looking to buy, I research properties in communities and rural areas that meet your selected criteria, and then negotiate to get you the best possible price.

On a personal level, I'm a breeder of Canadian Sport Horses and regular at shows across the province.  I'm very active in the equine community, so if you're looking to sell or buy an equestrian property or hobby farm, I know who to contact, where to look and what to look for so you find the rural property that meets your specific needs.
